Thank you for choosing Micelo Martin Eyewear. We are committed to ensuring you love your new sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our 14-day return policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
A] Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
B] Condition Requirements:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your sunglasses must be:
1. In their original condition, unworn and unused.
2. Returned in the original packaging with all original contents.
3. Accompanied by the intact security tag (located in the middle of the glasses).
Note: Sunglasses with the security tag removed cannot be accepted due to our eyewear health and safety standards.
C] Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@micelomartin.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, you can choose either a refund or an exchange for another pair.
2. Refund Process
A] Requesting a Refund:
If you prefer a refund, please notify us within the 14-day return window.
B] Processing Timeline:
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 banking business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@micelomartin.com.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your sunglasses upon delivery. If you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
